Day #140

Fire is fun but water is better. I thought I had done everything I could with water, so I tried lighting a match and seeing what kind of pictures i could get with it. Today's picture is me flicking water at the camera. I'm off to my girlfriend's house tonight then London tomorrow so hopefully getting some decent pictures.

Day #139

There is no impunity. So today it was 7PM, I had no photo and I was rooting around in various draws for something to take a photo of. I found some medals that my Grandad had given me a couple of years ago. They belonged to my great grandad who was a sniper in the Scots Guards (hence the title of today's post...The motto).

Day #138

Burning microwaves and red ukeleles. After watching Jake Shimabukuro play 'While my guitar gently weeps' on the ukelele (I will post the link below), and with my friends buying ukeleles, I thought it was time to bust my uke out. I haven't edited the picture and the circle was created using the slide for my guitar on the lens, which kind of works.

Day #137

I am bored of the snow now. After two days off because of the snow and being bored at home, its time to go back. Just as I thought my plans could return to normal as soon as the snow clears, my mum's car has broken down, great. I hate to be a kill-joy but I'd quite like all this white stuff to disappear.

After a whole month of trying, I got it. This is what victory looks like...if it had been taken a photograph of without its permission. No photo editing, just patience...coupled with alot of frustration and anger taken out on a snowman I made.

Snow, snow, snow. Today I couldn't get to my girlfriend's house because there was too much ice on the roads. I spent the day chasing my dog round the garden and learning how to fly a plane on a PC game. I've just found out my school is shut tomorrow so I will catch up with you then.

Forty one days ago and this would have been a white christmas. I am not a hat wearer, but when it falls to -4 degrees, I will break the trend. The first picture was taken while waiting for my friend Arthur to finish badminton and the second is looking down a very long alley way.

Elastic bands = endless fun. Just a quick one today, appologies. These are some elastic bands that I found at my nan's house. I promise that I will try harder this weekend. I realise that this is a pretty shoddy photo so heres a shoddy joke to go with it... A man walks into a bar, ouch.

I have a confession to make. Today's photo is of my mouse mat, it also reveals a secret of mine. I am a member of the airfix modellers club. I signed up when I was 11 and the models have stayed in my cupboard since then. I have thousands of tiny men in my cupboard. (Airfix men)

Day #131

When lost and deciding which way to go, you can always rely on the lonely glove on a wooden post. I walked just over a mile tonight in the freezing cold to find some sheep on a hill with the sunset in the background. I walked all the way to the sheep, they ran away and I was too cold to set up my tripod. This eerie glove was like this on a broken fence post pointing down the road. - Needless to say, it was cold and I was lost, my only option was to follow the glove. I wonder what happened to the owner...
