Cheer up, I made chesecake. Today my friend came round and brought with them some chesecakes because I was in a bad mood, they tasted amazing and cheered me right up.

Day #129

You don't have to go to London to see the OXO tower. My day was fine right up to maths, then it turned great. My friend Solomon and I decided to create a new game, we haven't got a name for it yet, but it involves our hardback planners and a paper ball, its effectively tennis but better. When I got in I was bored so I made a tower of OXO cubes and put lego men on it.

He looks bored but he enjoys being smashed against a plastic ball to score goals. There isn't alot to say, this is one of the players on my table football. I have named him Phil.

Day #127

With minutes to spare. Today, my parents held a Burns night in honour of the haggis and Robbie Burns, the Scottish poet where many of the family's friends came round to enjoy food and drink. It was a great evening and I am still the house champion at table football!

I'm gonna take you down, down to China town. Today has been a long day. Up at half 5, just got in and I'm going to go to bed in a few minutes. There wasn't very much to see in China town but I thought that these lanterns looked nice. I realise that the past two days have been pictures upwards, maybe I will bring my camera back down tomorrow.

Day #125

These power cables always get in the way of my pictures, not today! When I was shutting the gate today, I saw that the power cables were running nearly perfectly with the tree tops and the moon so this photo was taken. Tomorrow I'm on a school trip and the venue is next to China town, you can tell where I'm going in the break.

At 9 PM GMT tonight, Paris was attacked by a monster, it is unknown the destruction that has been caused...Only kidding, its just a very bored teenager putting off doing homework. Just a quick one tonight because I'm so tired. The picture is of a miniature Eiffel tower being attacked by Godzilla.

The air bubble from the spirit level is escaping. Tonight was spent with a bowl of water and some things to throw in and try, I think its safe to say I have done everything I can with water right now because once again I am soaked.

If you light a candle, you will use wax. Its Chinese new year and I thought I would start with  Chinese proverb, it just means be aware that your actions have consequences. After about an hour of experimenting with water and various red things I thing this is the best layout for the picture.

I envy people who can cut out photographs straight. I missed "World tin can day" on the 19th so I guess this makes up for it. Today was spent hanging photos of various things in my room so has been pretty busy. Just a quick photo today, I liked this picture because it was so simple and still it looks good and it paints a nice picture on the top of the can.

Carrying an ironing board bigger than myself through Canterbury is not one of my best get-ups. Today was spent at my friend's house and at the cinema watching Rio. Call me lazy but this photo was taken from the hip without too much effort, its of a sleepy village in Kent.

It's raining but not as much as I'd like it to. When I got home today I went straight out (wellies and all), I wanted to take some monochrome depressing pictures to match the weather. I was shooting from the hip so most are throw aways, this one is one of the better ones but its still slightly out of focus.

Day #117

The embarrasing moment when I tap someone on the back thinking it is one of my best friends and it turns out to be a complete stranger. Today was my school's sixth form open evening and now I have a pretty clear idea of what A levels I want to do. I didn't get a chance to take any decent photos today so when I got in I just carried my camera round hoping to find something worth a shot. When I got to my blog I panicked because I thought yesterday's picture hadn't uploaded it, then there was a brief moment where I forgott what day it was and to be honest I started to question the meaning life itself...only kidding, I know what that is, its that people aren't wearing enough hats.

Caught in the lion's den. I just want to clarify something... If you are reading this nan, the paw does not belong to a lion, I was just joking, I am not in any danger, there is no need to ring my mum and let her know I am being eaten by a lion. The paw actually belongs to my crazy dog George, its got to be said, the dog is not camera shy but he does not sit still for more than 5 seconds.

This hat is not mine. Firstly I have to appologise for the video that I uploaded yesterday, I think the music was slightly out of time in some parts and one of the photos is repeated, but don't blame me, blame the free multi track recording software and windows movie maker. Today's photo was taken accidently, I wanted to see what the hat looked like on me but I had it zoomed in too much.

Once again, the birds got the better of me. This morning was spent trying to take a picture of any bird in the garden, but after a frustrating hour, I gave up and conceded that nature was not on my side. I then recorded a few guitar ideas on the computer. The afternoon an evening was spent at my girlfriend's house. This is her textiles work on confectionary.

Friday the 13th unlucky? I dont think so. Tonight was my experimental photography night (mainly because my dad has now taken over the xbox). I tried levitation, juggling and an apple going into water. The levitation looked good but I am wearing my pyjamas while doing it so I refuse to upload them. After taking this photo I am drenched so I am heading to bed. Also to mum and dad, this didnt happen and I did not get water all over the kitchen.

The dreaded parents evening. I say the dreaded but I wasn't dreading it and actually it went pretty well. I promised I would try harder today but I haven't, I know what you are thinking "Youve let yourself down Will, you've let the school down, but most importantly, you've let me down, your faithful reader". Not to boast but I have the force. Not much time for taking photos this week so forgive me, I've got so much work to do. Right now I think I have a thing for throwing things and taking a photo mid air hence the flying hat that I have never worn. Then I realised that some people are thinking "Flying hats? This is not what I come to a blog to look at, I come for moody pictures that are kind of artistic", to those people, the harmonica picture is dedicated to.

Water is life, bottled water is better. After working most of the day, I fancied taking a different kind of photo. I'm pretty proud of this. My mum said it was gel but I can confirm it is just water from a bottle I found in my room. Back to school tomorrow so I'm off to sort my books out.

Pluckley may have the most ghosts in all of England, but East Studdal has the worst roads and flying Rowntree Randoms. (I know where I'd rather spend the night). Today was pretty busy so I had no chance for any photos, I went to Westwood Cross with my girlfriend and then came back to mine and watched 'the inbetweeners movie'. I said to her that in a pack of 'Rowntree Randoms' there were no identical sweets, I proved myself wrong, there were two padlocks...Then I ate the evidence.

Today was pretty boring. I woke up at about 11, watched Jeremy Kyle insult people on the TV did some work then went out on a walk. I wanted to try some more HDR because the previous attempt on "Day #101" hadn't gone as well as I had wanted to.

Apologies for two days of fluffy animals. The weather has been bad for the past few days so I haven't been out to take many photos. Today's photo is the look that my dog gave me when he realised we were going out in the wind and the rain.

Day #103

We fire the party poppers on the count of three...not two. Today was one of the nicest afternoon and evenings that I have had in a while. On an over crowded bus full of (loud) Italian students I was apprehensive if I was even on the right bus but when it pulled into Canterbury I knew it would all be okay. I would like to say thank you to Karen, Katie and Charlotte for such a nice time and happy birthday to Charlotte.

Its raining, its pouring!  Gale force winds, weather warnings and a broken umbrella; these are the things that made up my day. A double for today even though I set out thinking I was going to take 0 photos at all. I don't do many B&W pictures so I got it out of my system.

"Where is this nature reserve?". Today the Inglis family set out to find a nature reserve in the middle of nowhere. The shots I got from inside the hide aren't even worth seeing. So here's my HDR attempt on the "tower hide".

Day number 100. I actually made it, one hundred days of taking photos and I haven't given up. I'm still enjoying taking the photos so I don't think I will be giving up anytime soon. Today's photo is of God...raining on my parade.
